Grand Opening of CHINA-PHARM 2014 in Shenzhen

The 19th China International Pharmaceutical Industry Exhibition (CHINA-PHARM 2014) , co-organized by China Center for Food and Drug International Exchange (CCFDIE) and Messe Düsseldorf (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., grand opened on October 28, 2014 at Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center, China. With the total exhibition area of  30, 000 square meters, CHINA-PHARM 2014 attracted more than 430 domestic and overseas well-known enterprises from 22 countries and regions participated in this exhibition to present the advanced pharmaceutical equipment, technologies and solutions. The foreign exhibitors have accounted for more than 57% of all exhibitors in this exhibition.

After being held in Beijing and Shanghai alternatively in almost two decades, CHINA-PHARM 2014 set its footprint in Shenzhen, a vibrant and innovative city, for the first time. Shenzhen, as one of China's most economically developed cities and an important high-tech R & D and manufacturing base in the South China, will play a positive role for China's pharmaceutical equipment enterprises to adapt to international standard and provide a perfect platform for exhibitors and pharmaceutical companies home and abroad.

The exhibition boasts a rich and diversified coverage of various pharmaceutical industry fields such as pharmaceutical machinery, drug and cosmetics equipment, analytical instrument and biological engineering, water treatment equipment for pharmaceutical use, fluid engineering, cleaning equipment and technology, process technology and control systems, RFID code and anti-counterfeiting technology, excipient and packaging material, analytical instrument and other related fields etc. The German national pavilion brought German enterprises to continue their support to CHINA-PHARM, while UK pavilion and Club Italy pavilion have also participate in CHINA-PHARM to show their advanced technologies and equipment, as well as other established companies and agents from China and overseas. 

During CHINA-PHARM 2014, there are several concurrent events such as 2014 China ISPE-CCFDIE China Conference, 2014 China Conference on Regulation and Technical Innovation of Pharmaceutical Packaging Materials and Excipients China International Cosmetics Convention 2014, The Seventh Pharmaceutical & Cleanrooms Technology International Congress, Sixth Annual Meeting of www.ouryao.com and etc. These current events are the highlights of CHINA-PHARM 2014. Industry players, scholars, business representatives from China and overseas, and officials in food and industry will discuss and share opinions on the developing trend of food and drug industry, policies and regulations, drug quality and safety, implementation and inspection of GMP, new products and new technologies and other hotpots.

CHINA-PHARM witnesses the rapid development of China's pharmaceutical industry and the implementation of GMP and makes a positive contribution for introducing foreign advanced technology and equipment, promoting business cooperation and exchanges between Chinese and foreign pharmaceutical enterprises, sharing market information, promoting technological progress of China's pharmaceutical industry. Facing new opportunities and challenges, as well as an increasingly competitive market dynamics, CHINA-PHARM, together with 

International Packaging Materials Production and Processing Exhibition (PacPro Asia 2015),

International Food Processing and Packaging Exhibition

(FoodPex 2015)andInternational Bulk Packaging Technology and Equipment Exhibition (BulkPex 2015), 

will be held together on same stage in November 2015 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, comprising the Shanghai World of 

Packaging (swop).
