All in CARAVANING 2020 Postponed: New dates in June 2021

Since mid of June, 2020, the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic in Beijing has rebounded, with new cluster of local COVID-19 infections occurred in Beijing Xinfadi Wholesale Market. The risk on the spread of epidemic has once again increased. Thanks to a series of effective and strict measures taken by relevant government departments in the following month, the epidemic situation has currently eased and stabilized. However, Beijing still faced a complicated epidemic situation. Large-scale activities are still not allowed to be held to avoiding gathering according to the requirement of the city’s second level of public health emergency response. Meanwhile there are continued uncertainties in terms of travel restrictions and quarantine provisions, which makes trouble for overseas customers to come to China. Adding all these force majeure factors up, the condition for hosting exhibition in Beijing is not good enough.

After close consultation with the authorities, partners and exhibitors, Messe Düsseldorf Shanghai, as an organizer of international exhibitions, has made the difficult decision that All in CARAVANING 2020 (AIC), China’s leading trade fair for motor homes and caravans, will no longer take place this year. The next AIC will be held in June 2021, and the specific dates are to be determined. This decision may come as a disappointment to everyone, but it is the right and responsible choice to make under the current circumstances in view of the health and safety of all people involved. Needless to say, it would help our customers mitigate possible negative economic impacts.

For AIC 2020 exhibiting and visiting issues

We apologize and regret for any inconvenience caused by the postponement of the show under the unforeseen outbreak of epidemic. AIC team will be reaching out to the registered exhibitors for changing or renewing the contracts in the coming days. For visitors, the pre-registration confirmation of AIC 2020 will be no longer valid. We will restart the pre-registration system in 2021. 

Looking forward to a grand AIC 2021

Nevertheless, AIC will never stop moving forward. We have already had new plans of making up for the postponement of AIC 2020. An inspiring satellite event in second half of the year has come to the substantial preparatory stage. Further details will follow soon. 

AIC will celebrate its 10th anniversary in the year of 2021. On this special occasion, the AIC team will do its utmost to make the 2021 show a festival for the entire industry.
